The Service

Trenddly is a pre-publish scoring tool for YouTube creators. It evaluates your topic, hook, title, and thumbnail before you publish and can read YouTube channel data you authorize. Scores and suggestions are provided for guidance only; we do not guarantee any particular result, ranking, or performance.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Keep your access to your email secure, since login uses one-time codes sent there.

YouTube and Google

When you connect your channel, you authorize Trenddly to access your YouTube data through the YouTube and Google APIs. By using those features you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not submit content you do not have the rights to use.
• Do not abuse, overload, or scrape the Service outside its intended use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers that generate scores and transcriptions.

Plans and payment

The Service may offer a free tier and paid plans. Details, limits, and pricing of paid plans are described at the point of purchase. Paid features are subject to the pricing shown at that time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores will improve your channel.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trenddly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. You can request deletion of your account by emailing tools@prodlabs.io.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
